• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• The promised delivery time would be 45 mins within the 5 km delivery radius.This time is bound to be exceeded in unforeseen circumstances due to peak hour business/demand.
• Exchange of food items will not be entertained on any case.
• Our staff members will not ask for any credit card details or other bank details if any cases found please report to +971 52 650 5445
• All the financial disputes will be subject to scrutiny and decision would be taken within 72 hrs any dispute should be raised within 5 hours of order placement.
• All the prices are inclusive of vat + delivery and packing charges would be applicable in select branches only
• The pictures shown in the menu would be for illustrative purpose only, may not be exact replication of the order being served.
• As we do not add preservatives or artificial ingredients the food should be consumed within two hrs of delivery do not preserve the food in frozen storage.
